Quilting Friends,

In the last month, the number of longarm quilting businesses on my new page has doubled, but I know I’m still missing a lot. So continue to send me any contacts you may come across. This will be a great service to quilters who are looking for a LongArm quilter in their area.

If you are a quilter who likes to enter your quilts in Shows, here is a website that lists ‘Calls for Entries’: www.lyrickinard.com/enter_shows.html

And another website that lists lots of free patterns and projects: www.bedbathstore.com/sekncrandotp.html

FROM TEDDY PRUETT

I'd like to express deeply heartfelt thanks to all of you for your cards, phone calls, prayers and support after the loss of my daughter Laira in January.  Each kindness means more than you can imagine. Those kindnesses and evidence of true friendship remain important every single day as I struggle with the reality that my daughter is gone.  Although I honored my contracts right after her passing, I was often overcome with grief and had to stop work while I was doing appraisals at shows, but everyone was so gentle, so patient, and so understanding.  Quilters are wonderful people.

We have moved, and fortunately all the cards were forwarded.  For any groups or clients that may need to write in the future, please note our new address.  Again, thank you all so much.
