Quilting Friends,

I’ve been traveling to lecture and teach at various quilt guilds around the state this month, so I welcome all the new readers to this newsletter.  And because I no longer belong to a guild, I enjoy the guild meetings very much, just to hear and see what you’re up to.  So thanks for the invitation to your guild and enjoy all the latest Florida quilting news!

If you are a guild program chair, I invite you to take a look at my classes and lectures.  I love to travel and I love to present my Stashbuster Lectures. I have many different ones with no duplicates!

Attention Quilt Shops: Ladies of the Lakes Quilters are having a quilt show Feb 14 and 15, 2014. If you would like to be a vendor at this show, please contact : Jacqui Anderson 863 858 1630 or sewbizzy67@gmail.com

Calling All Quilters! Jacksonville Bus Still Open for 12 More people

Come join the West Pasco Quilt Guild on a great trip to the Jacksonville Quilt Show Thursday, September 26 to Saturday the 28th.  We are leaving from Veterans Memorial Park in Hudson, FL.  Along the way, we will stop in Trenton to visit the Suwannee Valley Quilt shop.  On the way home, on Saturday the 28th, we'll stop in Deland for the Deland Craft and Quilt Show.  Think of how much fun you are going to have -- with no driving-- just time to sew or talk or even sleep on the way!

Cost:
We are staying at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel, which is very nice.  At this point, you will need to make your own reservations.

The Bus is $80 total cost per person.  If we don't get 12 more people, we'll either have to pay a little extra for the bus ($15?) or make other arrangements for getting there.

The trip is open to all, so invite some friends!  A bus is so much fun!  Bring a hand project so we can chat and sew along the way!
