1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion,
3 chopped garlic cloves,
2 tsp each ground cumin and smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper;
1 c ketchup,
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar,
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Brown 1 pound ground beef in a large skillet with olive oil.
Add 1 chopped onion, 3 chopped garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons each ground cumin and smoked paprika and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper; cook 1 minute.
Stir in 1 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar
and 1/2 cup water and simmer until thick, about 15 minutes.
Serve on slider rolls with potato chips.
