Chinese Noodle Salad
from the kitchen of Mary-Jeanine Ibarguen
1 pkg coleslaw mix or cabbage
1 pkg ramen noodles, oriental flavor
1/2 cup toasted almonds
Toss slaw with broken-up noodles and almonds
Dressing: oriental flavor package with ½ cup veg. oil, 3T vinegar, 2T sugar
Dress ½ hour before.
If serving more than 8-10 people, double the first three ingredients.
