Chocolate Triflefrom the kitchen of Mary-Jeanine Ibarguen Devils food or Chocolate cake mix – make it, cool totally in frig 2 x 4oz pkgs chocolate instant pudding mix – make and cool in frig [or try my Homemade Chocolate Pudding...yum!] 1/2 cup strong coffee 1/2 cup kalua 16 oz pkg thawed whipped topping heath bar chips (might have to break up) [if you can't find these, buy "Betty Crocker Parlor Perfect Praline Crunch" in the ice cream topping section of the grocery store] Cut cake into 1 or 2 inch cubes Layer: ½ of the cake cubes ½ of the coffee and kalua ½ of the pudding and whipped topping ½ of the crushed chips Repeat [I put the second layer of chips on just before serving so they don't get soggy] refrigerate for 4 or 5 hours before serving
