Pumpkin Cake  

    from the kitchen of Mary-Jeanine Ibarguen


1                      yellow cake mix

4                      eggs

2/3       cup       oil

2/3       cup       sugar

1          tsp        cinnamon

1/2       tsp        nutmeg

1          cup       pumpkin



Combine ingredients, pour into a tube or bundt pan

Bake at 350 for 1 hour

Cool before inverting


Glaze or frost as desired
