Florida Quilt Network - Newsletter #224

Quilting Friends,
[click to enlarge] I just can’t stay away from Kaffe Fassett fabrics for too long. I picked up a wavy rotary template at the AQS show in Daytona Beach this year, and I’ve made my first, but certainly not last, quilt with it. I also wrote a blog post about this quilt.
I’m headed up the east coast this week, mostly staying on I95 on my way to Vermont. Any quilt shops I have to stop in?
If you’ve ever considered entering a quilt in the Jacksonville “QuiltFest” show, read all about it below. Deadline is July 25.
If you’re a fairly new reader of this newsletter, you may not know that the Calendar page on the website is a quick way to view upcoming events all over the state. Give it a look-see.
Happy Quilting,
Mary-Jeanine
PS: I love to hear from you, so drop me a line sometime!
